We racked our brains trying to think of a theme for the nursery. Well we stumbled across the best one…Dr. Seuss!! We had the best time decorating this room and it has now become our favorite room in the house. We based the nursery on the book Oh The Places You’ll Go. We like that God is going to take these children on a journey of healing and restoration. Who knows where these kids will go or what impact they will have in Honduras?
This week we finally had the time to open the boxes and put the nursery together. It was so much fun to go through the many gifts that we received. We just want to say how very blessed we are. God is so good! He has met and is meeting our many needs. Praise the Lord!
We have put together a time lapse video (it may seem long, but there was a lot to do) of us opening the boxes and assembling the toys. We love how the nursery turned out, and we can’t wait to have kids in the room to enjoy it.
What you may miss on this video is the struggle we had trying to put together these walkers, swings, bouncers, cribs, and changing table. We misplaced screws (we found them later), took what felt like forever putting pieces together, and found out that the instructions were no easier in English than Spanish. Ya’ll won’t be able to see the struggle because the video goes fast.
Thank you to all who helped make this possible. Thank you for letting God use you to bless us. We love you!
So very blessed,
The Agee Family
